Data Protection Officer has the task of informing and advising the users of the site about the obligations arising from the General Regulation on Data Protection and to verify the applicability of the Data Protection Policy of P.PORTO, ensuring that users are aware how their personal data is processed and what rights they have in this matter, as well as being the point of contact of P.PORTO with the Control Authority (National Commission for Data Protection).
The owners of personal data can always contact the Data Protection Officer to clarify any questions that they consider pertinent regarding the treatment of their personal data and exercise of their rights.
