This master's degree aims to provide students with the following specific skills:
. Identify, understand and apply the normative frameworks in Management Systems, namely Quality Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety and Health Management, Human Resources Management, Food Safety Management, Social Responsibility Management and IDI Management. ;
. Promote the improvement of organizational processes regarding Quality, Environment and Safety, among others;
. Develop and manage Management Systems, whether or not integrated into a single Management System;
Audit Management Systems already implemented in organizations of any sector of activity;
Evaluate, from a cost / benefit perspective, the implementation of Management Systems.
This master's degree allows access to the CAP of Superior Occupational Safety Technician, to all students who develop Advanced Project Work in the scientific area of Safety and Health at Work.

You can apply for this master's degree, according to article 17 of Decree-Law No. 74/2006, of March 24:
. Holders of a degree or legal equivalent in Management, Engineering, Science or related fields;
. Holders of a foreign higher education degree, awarded following a first cycle of studies in Management, Engineering, Science or related fields, organized in accordance with the Bologna principles by a State adhering to this Process;
. Holders of a foreign higher education degree recognized by the ESTG.IPP Technical-Scientific Council as meeting the objectives of the degree in Management, Engineering, Science or related fields;
. holders of a school, scientific or professional curriculum, which is recognized as certifying the ability to carry out this course of study by the ESTG.IPP Technical-Scientific Council.
