The post-graduation in Radiation-Oncology is aimed at enhancing the level of expertise of health professionals, as well as professionals from other areas, in the specific field of Radiotherapy, considering the recent change introduced in the Higher Education System in the area of Diagnostic and Therapy Technologies.
The objectives of this course are:
Provide specific and personalised knowledge on Radiotherapy and Oncology, especially in the areas of Clinical Dosimetry and Research and Development in Medical Biotechnology;
Endow candidates with essential tools to the diversity of skills that are required by the market and the different needs of clinical practice, facing the introduction of new therapeutic procedures and new technologies and equipment;
Introduce new concepts and update skills to meet the national and international working competitiveness;
Invest resources and apply knowledge to new areas of technological innovation and basic research.

Owners of an academic degree in Radiotherapy, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine or other Health-related areas, who have completed 180 ECTS credits.
